An established industry player is seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Operations Analyst to enhance IT efficiency. As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance, and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade, and test the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs, and database servers based on the organization's needs. You analyze and diagnose issues related to controls, quality assurance, and large-scale deliveries and rollouts. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies, and programs. You recommend implementation plans and actively help establish and implement multiple quality assurance strategies for business solutions in a large-scale and highly complex focus area.
Your projects and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You direct and guide work to meet objectives, solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical, involving interaction with many stakeholders across various fields. You lead and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients, and practitioners.
