  • Support the lead consultant in managing projects, conducting or directing research, and drawing meaningful conclusions from client and market data
  • Gain insight and build knowledge of our organization, its services, people and purpose
  • Data review, assumption setting, and report writing for actuarial valuations (actuarial track only)
  • Actively manage all assigned accounts and represent HUB and our values in all interactions with clients, including client meetings, events and presentations
  • Handle confidential information and data adhering to HUB's privacy and confidentiality agreement

  • 1-2 years of professional experience as an analyst or in a corporate setting with employee benefits experience being a valuable asset
  • Completion of courses related to Group Benefits (e.g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist CEBS, insurance license and actuarial designation) are not required but would be an asset
  • LLQP certification is considered an asset; candidates without it must be willing to complete it within the first year of employment
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, project management, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a high-paced growth environment
