Become a Business Analyst – Digital Transformation and play a pivotal role in identifying needs, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the success of our transformation projects. In collaboration with stakeholders, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, proposing technological solutions, and providing support throughout the project lifecycle. You will contribute to maximizing the performance of deployed solutions while ensuring data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the strategic planning of projects by identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Organize working sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Create interactive mockups and prototypes to illustrate the functionality of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Write detailed functional specifications and ensure their validation by stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in IT, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience as a business analyst in information technology and/or digital transformation.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
  • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail.
  • Have good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, spoken and written, to use systems and tools and to perform various tasks in English.
