You will consolidate and analyze financial data, assist in budget preparations, and provide quarterly reports. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration and has strong skills in MS Excel and presentation. Experience in real estate is a plus. The Analyst will be responsible for the output and analysis of portfolio-wide operational and financial reporting, assisting in the preparation of annual operating budgets, consolidating due diligence materials for property dispositions/financing, tracking of capital expenditures, and other ad-hoc projects as required.
