ELEKS is looking for an AI Engineer in Montreal, Canada, to join our growing Data & Analytics team. You’ll become part of a team of professionals serving leading global clients in finance, healthcare, and beyond.

Salary range – $78,000–$155,000

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years’ experience in machine learning engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MLFlow, Scikit-learn, LangGraph)
• Work experience with Databricks
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

RESPOSBILITIES

• Transform experimental models into scalable, production-ready code
• Provide model optimization, versioning, and reproducibility
• Work with ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain, MLFlow, Scikit-learn, LangGraph)
• Work with Databricks
