This position will report to the Director, Commercial Value Optimization and can be hired as either an Advisor or Senior Advisor.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex business and financial models. Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate strategic commercial initiatives, and business performance, supporting data-driven decision-making
• Support cross-functional teams--including Sales, Transportation, and Product Management, and Market Research--in identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve enterprise value by leveraging research, benchmarking, and structured decision-making
• Anticipate and respond promptly to stakeholder needs across various levels of seniority by taking initiative on assigned tasks
• Communicate with tact and diplomacy, present clear and concise analytical-driven insights with the understanding of the need for confidentiality
• Contribute proactively to a small, accountable team by bringing a flexible, can-do mindset, pitching in where needed and unafraid to ask for help to ensure shared success
• Manage deadlines on multiple projects of varying complexities
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Inform strategic commercial decisions through your work that will shape the company’s long-term direction

What you will bring

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Enrollment in or completion of a professional designation (i.e., CFA, CPA, MBA) or other is desirable
• 3-8 years of experience in finance, corporate development, or consulting roles with an analytical/data focus
• An analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex information
• High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly financial modelling using Excel, and presentations in PowerPoint
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of confidentiality and sound judgement
