Job summary

A healthcare service provider in York Region is looking for an experienced administrator to coordinate and manage various administrative services. The successful candidate will supervise over 20 staff members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. A Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field are required. This permanent role entails 30 hours of work per week.

  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management and other administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff.
