Overview

We’re seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a major transportation client in the Moncton, NB area! Please note that this facility is not accessible by public transit, so you must have a car or your own transportation.

What We Offer
  • $20 / hour + 4% vacation pay added to your rate
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shifts : shifts vary dependent on need : 7:00am – 4:00pm, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Weekly pay, every Friday!

Responsibilities
  • Make telephone calls and send emails to centralized customer service.
  • Book delivery appointments via phone and email.
  • Bill accessorial / additional fees as required.
  • Maintain group email boxes and answer queue calls when required.
  • Receive calls from drivers who are not delivering freight for specific reasons, logging and noting comments in pros.
  • Scan, photocopy, and fax documents.
  • Other administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports).
  • Audit shipping documents for accuracy, correct and report to supervisor as needed.
  • Understand Federal Transportation Compliance documentation and react to and report non-compliance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in the same or similar role is required.
  • Clean criminal background is required.
  • Transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation and customer service is beneficial.
  • Excellent computer (accuracy, MS products, Bringg, web-based programs such as TruckMate) and keyboarding skills.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Able to work deadlines in a highly transactional, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member or individually as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Must be fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
