A municipal government organization in London, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Labour Relations team. The role includes a range of confidential administrative and customer service tasks. Applicants should have a two-year diploma in Office Administration and at least four years of senior administrative experience, preferably in a labour relations environment. This permanent, full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement. Salary ranges from $60,447 to $79,290.
Reporting to the Manager, Labour Relations, the Administrative Assistant provides a wide variety of confidential administrative, customer service, and confidential labour relations nature consistent with prescribed collective agreement processes, policies, procedures to support the Labour Relations team.

This posting is for one (1) permanent full-time position being filled on a permanent full-time basis.
Current hours of Work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Subject to change in accordance with business requirements.
