Overview

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - FX Operations

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 4+ Months

Responsibilities
  • In this FX Operations role, candidate will work with the FX pre-execution operational team and will be assigned to focus on the daily processes relating to FX journal postings in the Trust Custody system.
  • Daily tasks will also include validation and reconciliation of entries against the report, investigation pertaining to FX related journal entries and completion of daily End of Day checklist.
Must Have Skills
  • Minimum 2 years related Market Services Operations experience.
  • Solid knowledge of FX Operations specifically for FWDs, SPOTS and Swaps and market practices with particular emphasis on operational processes for such transactions
