About the Role

In this role you will provide comprehensive support to ensure smooth daily operations, from coordinating reports and records to managing financial transactions, inventories, and office activities. You will also serve as a central contact for scheduling, travel, and customer service support. This is an excellent way to use your organizational skills to keep our team and projects running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Support business functions and project administration.
  • Prepare and maintain routine reports and data entry.
  • Process work orders and financial transactions.
  • Receive, track, verify, and process invoices.
  • Manage records, documents, and office calendars.
  • Book meetings, draft correspondence, and manage inquiries.
  • Order supplies and coordinate inventory and equipment repairs.
  • Handle mail, courier packages, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with office moves and special events.
  • Provide customer service and general office support.
  • Other duties of similar nature.
What You’ll Bring
  • High School Diploma or CAEC/GED is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Suite: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Word and Excel.
  • Organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple competing requests.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
