Job description
Overview

Key member of the senior executive support team that supports various directors. Word processing confidential memos, reports and correspondence of a corporate legal, financial and confidential nature for the senior executive team. Transcribing meeting notes in a timely fashion. Prioritizing workload and activities to meet prescribed deadlines. Reviewing incoming hard copy correspondence and documents and prioritizing for assessment and response by the appropriate member of the senior executive team. Drafting and processing out-going correspondence and documents. Overseeing and organizing the preparation and coordination of requests for proposals and high profile reports. Conducting research and undertaking special assignments for the senior executive team. Maintaining the senior executive team’s offices in an organized and professional manner. Setting up, organizing and maintaining own files and the files of the senior executive team. Updating files and archiving information as per the company’s policies and procedures as they are set from time to time. Maintaining the senior executive team\'s schedule and preparing all pertinent documents / files for upcoming meetings and events. Acting as first contact for those individuals requesting to meet with members of the senior executive team. Assessing the urgency, necessity and sensitivity of requests and referring to appropriate staff.
