Job summary

A large retailer is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Junior Project Coordinator in Vancouver. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include tracking KPI data, generating quality reports, and coordinating shipments with overseas vendors. The contract lasts 6 months with the possibility of extension, and compensation is set at $40,000.

  • Own in-house wash tests and prepare related reports.
  • Assist in managing special projects and follow-up tasks.
  • Help measure sample styles across suppliers.

  • Assist in managing special projects and follow-up tasks
  • Help Quality Development Technicians measure sample styles across suppliers to ensure product measurements align with specifications
