Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and administrative expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and detail‑oriented teammates.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business—such as communications and internal departments—manage high‑level administrative tasks, and contribute to the planning and execution of events and meetings.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports, but also support procurement processes and manage correspondence.

  • Providing proactive support to the Executive Assistant to the President of Alstom Americas
  • Managing the President’s agenda during the Executive Assistant’s absence
  • Coordinating travel, accommodations, and expense reports for the team
  • Organizing and managing internal events, meetings, and logistics
  • Maintaining effective data management and filing systems
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Supporting procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoice follow‑ups
  • Welcoming visitors and stakeholders, including coordinating transport and meals
  • Collaborating with the communications team for event planning
  • Renewing municipal payments and assisting during audits
