Overview

Work Term: Permanent. Work Language: English. Hours: 48 hours per week. Education: College / CEGEP. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Work setting includes relocation costs not covered by employer and a vocational evaluation and training centre.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
