During the development and restructuring of the administrative department, we are looking to add a new resource.

Your mission: Under the direction of the financial and administrative departments, and in collaboration with senior management, your mandate will be to provide support to the organization's various departments.

  • You have:
  • A college diploma in administration;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting;
  • Relevant staffing experience: recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration;
  • Experience in a unionized environment. (Asset)

Main Duties

Administrative Support:

Produce and monitor monthly inventory files and accounting entries related to inventories;

Compile and enter tip distributions (banquets, maintenance, etc.);

Create reports related to payments via terminals (Payfacto) (Visa, Mastercard, and debit);

Scan registration forms;

Reconcile bank accounts;

Participate in the work required to complete month-end accounting;

Replace the accounting technician during absences.

Administrative Support Management

Maintain the inventory of supplies by checking stocks to determine the inventory level;

Order and verify receipt of supplies;

Coordinate repairs to office equipment;

Provide information by answering questions and requests from the management team and acting as a liaison;

Assist in the preparation of regular reports;

Participate in the development and updating of various policies;

Receive, sort, and distribute mail.

Manage All Staffing, Onboarding, And Integration Activities

Plan labor needs;

Post internal and external positions;

Screen applications;

Conduct Telephone interviews;

Conduct interviews in collaboration with managers;

Perform classification assessments;

Ensure employee reception and integration;

Write employment confirmation and certification letters.

Collaborate and monitor training activities in accordance with Law 90 (1%):

Collaborate in the planning and coordination of training activities;

Collaborate in training activities related to its mandate.

Human Resources Support

Open employee files in computer systems;

Approve allowance reimbursements;

Manage the employee birthday list;

Administrative management of employee files related to their mandate;

Interpret and apply the collective agreement;

Replace the payroll and HR technician during absences.

You Are Proficient In

  • Labor laws
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Acomba software (Atout).
