Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director, TCard Services, St. George Campus, the incumbent supports the department's administrative and communications needs, including events, programs, and initiatives. The Administrative and Communications Officer coordinates the production, printing and distribution of TCards, logging and tracking inventory, department communications, performs ongoing maintenance and updates to the department's various digital platforms; and provides front‑line and administrative support to the team, including serving as a backup by providing reception/front‑line services for the Department by attending to queries from visitors, in e‑mail, online, via work order requests, and through phone calls, and directing concerns to the appropriate staff.
