Overview

As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to ensure residents enjoy an environment that is motivational and fulfilling. You will help every resident pursue the interests they most enjoy, delivering an entertainment and activities programme that covers a wide range of pastimes, social activities, outings and events. Put simply, you’ll help residents live as independently as possible and enhance their involvement with family, friends and the local community.
