The opportunity

You’ll join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and support essential business enablement functions that keep our organization running smoothly. As a CBS professional, you will collaborate across teams to provide knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver exceptional service to our clients, succeed in the marketplace, and support our growth and profitability. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator is responsible for making outbound service calls to discuss invoices issued. This role involves accounts receivables follow-up through customer service calls and proactive engagement with our Engagement teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Place service review calls to client contacts
  • Review and update reports in Excel; extract and input data
  • Ensure continuous follow-up for call volume management
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve invoice discrepancies and trace payments
  • Perform other duties as required

To qualify for the role you must have
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in collections or customer support
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills)
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Post-secondary education
  • Professional competency in English; bilingualism in French and English is an asset

The salary range in British Columbia is $44,400 to $66,600, based on various factors including education, experience, and location.
