Job summary

The ideal candidate will bring over 2 years of accounts payable experience, expertise in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, and strong communication skills. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payment processes and vendor relations as the company expands its operations across North America.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance.
  • Experience handling Canadian payment processes; U.S. experience an asset.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices with accuracy in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Manage timely payments to vendors across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Reconcile purchase orders and invoices, resolve discrepancies.
