Status: (1) Contract Full Time; Up to 13 months

Salary Range: $56,619 - $70,774 plus comprehensive benefits

Hiring Range: $56,619 - $63,696.50 plus comprehensive benefits

Work mode: On-Site

Location: 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

What you will do in this role
  • Provide filing and clerical support for the accounts payable section
  • Provide central filing service for the section
  • Provide the mail sort and delivery service for the accounting branch
  • Print, sort and file invoices
  • Provide customer service to all internal clients
What the role requires
  • High school diploma
  • At least one year of job related experience
  • Combination of education and experience may be considered
Skills/Abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external clients and staff members
  • Excellent computer keyboarding/typing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines
