Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Ecorigin Investment Pte, Ltd. in the Woodlands North Region. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports for management and regulatory authorities
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
• Handling compliance issues within a company involves a systematic approach to ensuring that the company is adhering to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
• This position required proficient in Mandarin (Understanding, Speak and Write) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite
