Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general accounting and administrative support to the Accounting Team, as required


Qualifications


  • Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • 0-2 years of accounting or administrative experience (property management experience is an asset, but not required)

  • Basic understanding of accounts payable and general accounting principles

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint)

  • Experience with accounting or property management software is an asset

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills for internal and vendor interactions
