What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting month‑end and quarter‑end processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial reporting activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Analyzing financial data and preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and records
  • Maintaining documentation related to assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial transactions
  • Supporting month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including journal entries
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and reporting requirements
  • Preparing and reviewing tax filings and supporting audit activities as required
What You Bring to the Team
Must‑Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of professional accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and reporting standards
  • Industry accounting experience
