As our new Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients in the life sciences and food & beverage industries. You’ll work closely with an extensive team of recruiters and researchers, to fill executive and managerial-level jobs, while proactively seeking out new business within your existing client portfolio. This is a permanent position in which you will work remotely / from home full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm (some flexibility may be required when working with clients / candidates in different time zones). No travel will be required for this position. You’ll start with 3 weeks’ vacation and benefits after 3 months. You’ll earn a base salary of $60,000 per year, with total yearly on target earnings expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000 per year. Your variable compensation will be paid annually (based on total annual billings), and with a monthly bonus (paid on retainers from the previous month). Your earning potential is unlimited.
