As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a client's primarily for all digital initiatives. This includes developing strategy and managing the execution of social, search and video marketing campaigns based on the client's business objectives. Within this role, you will gain a valuable foundation for a career in digital media and grow both the team’s and the client’s digital capabilities.

Playing an integral part of the digital marketing strategy, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between paid, owned and earned platforms and demonstrating the ROI across all activities in this fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create, manage and execute strategic digital marketing plans that meet client goals (search, social, display, ecommerce)
  • Define, create and manage digital campaigns on platforms
  • Define a campaign and audience strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations
  • Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
  • Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications
  • Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
  • Monitor, track, evaluate, report and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Deliver monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep clients updated on account status
  • Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using search marketing
