As a Bilingual Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth by actively engaging with inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets. You would be joining an exciting, hardworking, remote and flexible team that is relentlessly focused on revolutionizing how companies hire in today’s world.

About the role

Earning potential: $100K - $150K CAD annually

Location: Hybrid

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST (flexible)

Start Date: Flexible

How we’ll set you up for success

Complete onboarding program to understand the industry, platform, and ICP

Access to the entire team daily for support

Ongoing professional development, levelling up skill set, coaching sessions

What you will do:

Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social)

Inbound lead qualification and distribution

Set qualified introductory discovery meetings within ICP

Attending Tradeshows to promote Premier

Managing Relationships throughout the Prospect Evaluation Process

Understand customer pain points and articulate the Premier Construction Software value proposition

Achieve targets of qualified opportunities and new business

Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

About you:

Bilingual (Fluent in French and English) both written and oral communication

4+ years' experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry

Ability to build rapport on the phone, in virtual meetings, and in person

Familiar with PC + Microsoft Suite

Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day

Any previous sales training is great
