They are seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to join their sales team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growth-focused, hybrid environment where your impact is directly tied to helping entrepreneurs achieve clarity, results, and long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, qualification, and closing
  • Conduct 60+ daily outreach activities via phone, email, and follow-ups
  • Guide prospects through a 9–11 touchpoint sales process focused on value and fit
  • Build strong relationships with successful entrepreneurs and business owners
  • Maintain and manage your pipeline using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal program and coaching teams to ensure a seamless client journey
  • Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of inside sales or outbound B2B sales experience
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach
  • Experience selling to business owners, C-level leaders, or high-performing professionals
  • Comfortable with long sales cycles and high follow-up volume
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and organized ("batteries-included" mindset)
  • Professional phone presence with high energy and confidence
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in hospitality, real estate, or professional services is a plus
