This role is the front line of engagement with prospective students, guiding them through their educational journey and helping them take the first step toward a new career.

• Conduct engaging career planning interviews with prospective students to understand their goals, motivations, and challenges.
• Provide clear guidance on our diploma and certificate programs, aligning options with students' career aspirations.
• Build meaningful relationships through phone, virtual, and in-person consultations, ensuring prospects feel supported every step of the way.
• Drive enrollment by applying proven sales and customer engagement skills to inspire confidence and commitment.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups in accordance with college standards.

• Previous sales experience (education, retail, customer service, or related fields) with a proven ability to close and meet targets.
