A leading automotive company in Canada is seeking a Business Analyst to enhance the OnStar subscription business. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams, analyze data, and provide insights to drive growth. Proficiency in SQL and analysis tools is required. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement, offering a 12-month internship position.
Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Markham Elevation Centre or Oshawa Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum [depending on stakeholder needs].

The Role: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving the performance and growth of the OnStar subscription business by providing data, insights, and tools that informs strategic business decision- making. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Revenue Operations, EDAI, Sales, Go-to-Market, and other teams to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, quality, and actionable insights in our business performance data and reporting.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), uncovering insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and performance optimization for both the OnStar Retail and Fleet businesses. Using a blend of strategic thinking, data analytics, and a focus on KPIs such as revenue, subscription volume, attach rate, churn, and average subscription revenue, you will help lead the strategy, execution, and monitoring of business growth initiatives.
