A regional educational institution in Northwestern Ontario seeks a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. The successful candidate will manage student data, prepare documentation, and be the first point of contact for the school community. Strong organizational and communication skills are required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position to commence ASAP.

KCDSB invites applications for 1.0 FTE, 11‑Month Permanent Administrative Assistant – Secondary at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Kenora, ON to commence employment ASAP.
Salary Range: $54,766–$68,458
KCDSB is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant Secondary. This key role provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the schools’ daily activities. As the first point of contact for students, staff, parents, visitors and external partners, the successful candidate will embody the values and spirit of our school, always presenting a welcoming and positive image. The Administrative Assistant will thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and diplomacy.
This is a permanent school‑year position. The successful candidate will not be required to work during scheduled school closures, including Christmas Break, March Break and summer months.
