About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture & Planning team. In this role, you will contribute to a strategic project: SAP Work Manager Proof of Concept (POC) RFP – Distribution. This is a high-impact opportunity with a client focused on delivering innovative, sustainable energy solutions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver differentiated, client-centric SAP solutions—driving digital transformation within the utilities sector.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Solution Architect on SAP EAM initiatives, translating business needs into scalable and deliverable solutions.
  • Lead the solutioning process in collaboration with Sales, Pursuit, and Delivery teams.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP EAM and related areas.
  • Design and propose innovative SAP-based solutions aligned with utility industry standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Guide and mentor project team members on best practices in solution architecture.
  • Continuously assess existing solutions for improvements in performance and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge solution offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Fluent French speaker – minimum 5 years of professional experience using French in a business / technical environment.
  • 5–10 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
  • 5–10 years as a Functional and/or Solution Architect in large-scale SAP implementations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Utilities industry, ideally within energy distribution.
  • Proven ability to lead architectural decisions and communicate effectively across teams.
