BA Global Talent is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to join our client’s dynamic marketing team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role combines technical web development expertise with a marketing mindset — a professional who understands how design, SEO, and analytics work together to drive visibility and conversion.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s website architecture.
• Build and update webpages and landing pages that align with marketing goals.
• Implement SEO and AEO (Agent Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance visibility.
• Manage backlinks and contribute to LCO (Lead Conversion Optimization) initiatives.
• Use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and report on performance.
• Ensure all web pages are responsive and optimized for both desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand and message consistency.

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer with strong architectural knowledge.
• Experience working in a marketing-driven environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in WordPress and DIVI Builder.
• Experience building and optimizing websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Ability to manage and implement Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, LCO, and backlink strategies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
