Job summary
A global logistics leader is seeking a Warehouse Operations Support. The role includes scheduling vehicle loading/unloading, managing reports, and assisting customers. Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
- 0-1 years of clerical experience preferred.

- Support and schedule loading/unloading processes.
- Release vehicles for pick-up and delivery.
- Update reports and transport systems.
- Participate in operations and monitor performance.
- Execute risk management activities.

Education
Under close guidance completes the following activities :
- Support and schedule loading / unloading processes for trucks and other vehicles
- Release vehicles for pick-up and delivery;
- Monitor and participate in the organization of the work environment;
- Update warehouse, pick-up and delivery reports and enter / update information in internal transport systems;
- Participate in dedicated operations and monitor the performance of specific customers;
- Execute activities related to issue pre-alerts, execute administrative activities, generate reports and collect operational data to support the update of KPIs.
- Execute activities related to indoor and outdoor risk management and communicate pending issues to the Security sector;
- Answers phones, transfers calls, and takes messages as required.
- Prepares paperwork for outbound packages (airways bills, PO Box, and address).
- Assists customers by answering questions on basic features of service.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma / equivalent. Proficiency in English
Valid Drivers License and good driving record.
None to One (0-1) year clerical experience
- Data entry, and / or general office skills.
- Good human relations and communication skills.
