MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Under supervision perform research on technology solutions in the market provide IT technical support related to the creation and / or updating of documentation procedures and processes with a standard company layout monitor / process and direct tickets in the queue install and maintain hardware and software provide guidance on backing up user data and support i nternet telephone and security service teams in information technology initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree or technical training in Information Technology or related fields;
• Prior experience in Information Technology (minimum 2 years);
• Knowledge of information technology;
• Experience in hardware assembly and maintenance ;
• Intermediate knowledge of networks access points and their functionalities;
• Knowledge of technical English ;
• Proficiency (minimum intermediate) in the MS Office suite and some web-based software programs (Excel Word and Outlook);

Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and its tools.
