• Direct experience in sales/business development prior to management track
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement and collaboration
• Willingness to travel occasionally and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a test-and-learn approach
• Analytical, systems-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work comfortably through ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills with individuals at all levels, including senior leadership
