A gaming support company is seeking a full-time remote Email RPG Gaming Customer Support Representative. You will assist players by answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing technical support via email in a fully remote setup. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer support, professional command of English, and a passion for RPG games. The role includes competitive salary, bonuses, and paid time off. Work involves night shifts with a schedule of 24/7 customer support.
We are looking for an Email - RPG Gaming Customer Support Representative (FULL‑TIME REMOTE JOB). Join Customer Umbrella and help people one caring interaction at a time – that includes you!
24 / 7 coverage – 5 working days a week / 2 days off, 8.5 hour working shifts.
Shift 02: 00 – 10:30 (Night) GMT+2 Time Zone (21:00 PM – 5:30 AM BRT).
