You will assist players by answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing technical support via email in a fully remote setup. Requirements
  • Previous experience in Customer Support.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of Email Etiquette.
  • Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
  • Windows 15.6" AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, 1.9‑4.4 GHz / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32 GB / SSD – 512 GB.
  • Computer systems understanding and fast accurate keyboard typing speed.
  • Un‑Interrupted Electricity and UPS power backup.
  • RPG Games knowledge, mobile, PC, console, e‑sports expertise is a must.

Schedule

24 / 7 coverage – 5 working days a week / 2 days off, 8.5 hour working shifts.

Shift 02: 00 – 10:30 (Night) GMT+2 Time Zone (21:00 PM – 5:30 AM BRT).
