A leading testing services firm is seeking a UAT Test Lead. This 100% remote position is open to candidates in Brazil. The candidate will lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing, collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT. Key responsibilities include planning UAT, developing test scenarios, managing defects, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Ideal candidates will have strong UAT experience, familiarity with JIRA or HP ALM, and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
• Develop and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage defects, triage, retesting, and resolution.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements clearly.
• Ensure compliance with testing governance and documentation standards.

Overview

Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for large-scale initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders and IT to ensure solutions meet business requirements and testing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UAT planning, coordination, execution, and reporting
• Develop and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
• Manage defects, triage, retesting, and resolution
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements clearly
• Ensure compliance with testing governance and documentation standards

Required Experience

• Proven UAT Test Lead experience on complex programs
• Strong UAT methodology and test management tool knowledge (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• SAP exposure, especially Supply Chain–related modules
• Supply Chain domain knowledge
• Consumer goods or manufacturing industry experience
