Bidding Assistant (Part-time/Full-time, In-Person)
Join Signs of Success, a regional leader in architectural signs and graphics, as a Junior Estimator and be part of our dynamic Bid/Estimating Department. Located in Santa Maria, CA, this role is perfect for those passionate about analyzing data, researching opportunities, and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate bid opportunities using specialized software.
- Collaborate with the team to gather and analyze cost data, ensuring high-quality bids.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to support project execution.
- Develop pricing strategies and prepare timely bid submissions.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong math and computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver's license is required.
