• Meet design, develop and test solutions to automate processes, activities and tasks through RPA and Power Platform.
• Lead a team of high-performing software engineers ensuring they are well engaged, motivated, and contented while achieving their objectives.
• Be the liaison between the CoE and Business to provide project updates, answer questions and coordinate required testing/deployment activities.
• Create document libraries, custom lists, and their corresponding features.
• Design, implement and support RPA, PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
• Responsible for enhancements and new development.
• Maintain and enhance engagement with business, continuous improvement, and IT partners.
• Promote, enhance, and maintain technical knowledge via benchmarking, seminars, webinars etc.
• Mentor and retain a high-performance team of junior developers.
• Assign team responsibilities/work allocations, maintain job descriptions, monitor competency building, tasks and quality.
• Develop performance standards and communicate the Key Result Areas (KRAs).

• Extensive experience developing enterprise-level applications with IPA tools.
• Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a plus.
• Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business users (areas such as office automation, finance, accounting etc.).
• Strong experience using UiPath tool set (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator).
• 2+ years' experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, C#, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
• Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
