- Minimum of 7 years in a client‑facing technical role, such as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Integration Engineer, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and the HTTP protocol, with hands‑on experience using API testing tools
- Proficiency in reading and understanding production‑level code, including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and ideally one server‑side language (e.g., Python)
- Strong grasp of modern web and mobile application architecture
- Exceptional communication skills, including a strong command of written communication
- Degree in a technical major (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.) or completion of a coding bootcamp
- Familiarity with the payments ecosystem
- Knowledge of web/mobile application architecture
- Comfort with writing code in at least one programming language
