A human resources company based in Manaus is looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant or Specialist. The successful candidate will support investigations, analyze evidence, and contribute to employee complaint resolutions. They should possess advanced English skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience for the Assistant role and 5 years for the Specialist. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred for the Specialist role. This position offers competitive monthly compensation and allows for remote work.

Are you a detail-oriented professional with advanced English speaking and writing skills?
As an HR Assistant or Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting investigations, analyzing evidence, and developing leadership skills. Assist investigators during employee complaint investigations, including interviews with employees, witnesses, and accused parties, taking detailed notes, and gathering evidence. Analyze testimonies and evidence to reach factual findings regarding alleged conduct and policy violations. Work independently and manage time effectively in a home office setting. Develop strong leadership skills and build a career related to Human Resources and Labor Law. Requirements: Advanced professional English speaking and writing skills. A minimum of 2 years of full-time professional work experience required for HR Assistant, 5 years for HR Specialist. One year of experience working in a full-time job remotely with a defined schedule from a home office required. A professional Bachelor's Degree in any field required, Master's Degree preferred for HR Specialist. Benefits: Competitive monthly compensation.
