Increase engagement, provide several self-serve routes to support, deliver better customer service, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate on support cases, train customers using the online Training & Certification (LMS) module and much more!

Design, build, and implement elegant web-based business solutions.

Contribute to fast-paced client projects and product initiatives as part of our Professional Services team, helping organizations build, configure, and launch their PRM or Customer Portal solutions.

Collaborate closely with a Senior Developer to write Statements of Work (SOW) implementation notes.

Work closely with the client's Project Manager to understand the client's needs and technical requirements, ensuring the accurate implementation of a solution.

Participate in code reviews conducted by the Professional Services Technical Team Lead to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code.

Integrate APIs and web services to build robust applications.

Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and resolve defects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (this is critical for this role).

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Excellent knowledge of :

JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.

C#, ASP.NET, MVC design patterns.

SQL databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).

Solid understanding of core programming concepts : Object-Oriented Programming, RDBMS, and Agile principles.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural team.
