We are a staffing and recruitment consultancy supporting one of our clients with a long‑term project. We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
This is a hands‑on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
Mid‑level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
- Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
- Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
- Identify, elevate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
- Work closely with mid‑level managers and cross‑functional team members across multiple regions
- 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
- Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Certifications are a strong plus
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
- Experience working with distributed, global teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
- Problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to challenge ideas constructively and negotiate pushback when needed
- Independent thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
- SAFe certification is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (optional)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia
