Job summary
A dynamic tech company in Porto Alegre is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer. You should have 2–5 years of experience and be proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and more. The ideal candidate is product-focused with excellent communication skills. This role requires integrating APIs and optimizing frontend performance, plus knowledge of animation libraries is a bonus. Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in frontend development, preferably in a startup.
- Strong proficiency with modern Javascript frameworks and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work under pressure.
Skills
You are the person they are looking for if you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in frontend development (startup experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and modern build tools
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced environments
- Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Solid understanding of state‑management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization
- Ability to break down complex UI challenges and implement clean solutions
- A product‑focused mindset — you care about user experience, not just code
They will be more enthusiastic about you if you also have:
- Experience with animation / motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP)
- Experience building design systems or component libraries
- Knowledge of modern authentication flows (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or consumer‑facing platforms
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
