Create and customize campaign templates, both by adapting global models and developing solutions from scratch. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate the platform with other systems, ensuring effective and continuous campaigns. Monitor action performance and propose improvements to optimize results.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio/Evergage).
- Skill in creating Personalization sitemaps using JavaScript.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience in creating and customizing campaign templates.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a results-oriented approach.
