A dynamic technology solutions provider is seeking a Senior Specialist - Software Engineer with 7–11 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and Analytics. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior analysts, and delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights. Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and dashboard design is required. The position offers remote work flexibility based in Brazil.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CRM Analytics capabilities and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical analytics solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on analytics findings to drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, fostering best practices in CRM Analytics development.
- Identify gaps in existing analytics capabilities and propose innovative, value-driven solutions.
- 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, or related BI / analytics platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM).
- Expertise in dashboard design, data modeling, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Strong understanding of customer data, CRM processes, and business KPIs.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead analytics projects in an enterprise environment.
