A consulting firm is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on IBP/Finance for a remote position based in Brazil. The role involves developing and maintaining ABAP programs, implementing integrations between SAP ECC and middleware, and collaborating with teams across regions. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, knowledge of IBP integration projects, and strong communication skills in English. This position offers a 3-month contract with a possible extension.

Seeking an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to support its global IBP (Integrated Business Planning) implementation across Europe, North and South America. The consultant will replace an outgoing developer and play a key role in building and maintaining interfaces, enhancements, and integrations within the SAP ECC environment.
- Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, function modules, BADIs, BAPIs, and iDOCs
- Design and implement integrations between SAP ECC and middleware tools (e.g., Workado)
- Build custom tables and data interfaces to support IBP and Finance streams
- Collaborate with functional teams, integration leads, and other developers across regions
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation of technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP development standards
- 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience (ECC environment)
- Proven experience in IBP and Finance integration projects
- Strong understanding of data interfaces and integration frameworks (iDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs)
- Familiarity with middleware systems (Workado or similar)
- Experience supporting international, multi-region SAP environments
- Excellent English communication and team collaboration skills
- Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA (awareness level acceptable) Not mandatory
- Previous experience in manufacturing / industrial sectors
