• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly US Sales and Use Tax (SUT) returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage a detailed tax filing calendar to ensure all jurisdictional deadlines are met
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for data exchange and timely remittance of tax payments
• Research, resolve, and document routine and complex tax notices from state and local authorities
• Participate in indirect tax transformation projects, focusing on system testing and data validation

• 4+ years of direct experience in US Sales and Use Tax compliance and planning
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
• CPA or Master's Degree in Accounting or Tax
• Experience with tax software such as Vertex, Avalara, and Netsuite is a plus

• Experience in a multi-state, high-volume transaction environment
• Knowledge of changing indirect tax legislation and its potential business impact
